What do the designations mean? Certified Members (ISA CAPP) have achieved the highest level of education in ISA and the appraisal industry. They meet Accredited Member standards, have completed 500 documented hours of appraisal reporting within five years and have completed the Certified Appraisal of Personal Property examination. Accredited Members (ISA AM) have satisfied Member level requirements and demonstrated knowledge in their field through education or specialty expert work in that field. Members (ISA) have completed the ISA Core Course in Appraisal Studies, documented three or more years satisfactory market-related experience in their field and are educated in the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). Associate Members are dues paying non-credentialed members of ISA. They cannot advertise connection to ISA in any way. |
